When it comes to process steam or industrial/commercial water use, the boiler is the heart and soul of many manufacturing facilities. When it comes to building service heat plant needs, your boiler works overtime to provide your clients or tenants with the comfort and dependability to deliver steam or hot water to each radiator. On high and low pressure steam boilers regular maintenance is critical. Never underestimate the danger that can occur if they are not properly blown-down, or a water chemistry program is not in place.
West Tech Boiler Works currently has a number of commercial buildings under contract with service agreements. We come to their facilities weekly and perform the necessary blowdowns, water meter readings, and safety/limit checks to make sure the mechanical room is operating properly. In addition to the service, we provide chemical, and analysis of the boiler water sample.
